Ordering Information

At Comphy, we believe you should review the order we entered for you and confirm its accuracy. By doing this we have substantially reduced order input and shipping errors.

We will contact you if we have not received an order confirmation within two weeks following the placement of the order. And we will contact you every two weeks for three months. If we still do not receive an order confirmation, we will cancel the order.
Each confirmed order is assigned a ship date, usually the next day. In the event of a backorder or all items on the order are unable to be shipped at one time, the backordered items will be given a separate ship date, which you will receive an email for notification.

If you are paying by credit card, we will not charge your card until the items have shipped. If some items are backordered you will be charged for these when they are shipped.
