How we take care of our team
Medical & Prescription
Two plans through Regence Blue Shield, with preventive care generally covered at 100% and a tiered prescription plan with a mail-order option.
Dental & Vision
Voluntary dental through Delta Dental (cleanings at 100%) and vision through LifeMap/VSP, with in and out-of-network benefits.
Life Insurance
A free life insurance benefit for employees on the medical plan, plus a voluntary buy-up option.
