Sleep Study
Scientifically proven to promote sleep.
After hearing how well people sleep on our dreamy soft linens, we put the theory to the test. Here are the results of our Sleep Study, which show that Comphy sheets do, in fact, help people sleep.
We put our linens to the test.
The purpose of the study was to determine whether participants had an overall improvement in their sleep experience after sleeping on Comphy performance bed linens.
Real sleepers, six weeks, weekly check-ins.
Thirty people shopping for a new bed were evaluated for the study. Breathability and Feel, Softness and Comfort were the most influential factors for those interviewed, with 63% and 83% answering "definitely." Ten qualified for the six-week study, each meeting all of the following:
-
1
Slept 6 hours or less
Per night, on average, before the study.
-
2
Took 15+ minutes to fall asleep
A persistent struggle to drift off.
-
3
Woke 3 or more times a night
Frequently interrupted, restless sleep.
-
4
Rated sleep quality 5 or lower
On a 1 to 7 scale, where 7 is delighted.
Weekly phone calls covered a roughly twelve-question questionnaire with each participant throughout the six weeks.
Better sleep by week four, and it lasted.
Improvements appeared across all four qualification criteria, took hold by Week 4, and held to the end of the study. The biggest shift was in how participants described their own quality of sleep.

Breathability improved too: after six weeks, 80% of participants were Pleased or Delighted with the breathability of the bed linens.
Every participant slept better. And 100% would recommend Comphy to a friend.
